Sales Executive

Description:

Elcome International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – PCB Repair Solutions to support the expansion of its electronics repair business across marine, offshore, defense, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, electronics, or industrial solutions with the ability to build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver commercial solutions based on technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of PCB repair solutions for marine navigation, communication, automation, and industrial electronic systems.

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.

• Build relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, system integrators, offshore operators, and industrial clients.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through order closure.

• Coordinate technical discussions between customers and engineering teams.

• Support retrofit, upgrade, reverse engineering, and electronic repair projects.

• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, service, and engineering teams for successful project execution.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 3–5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in technical B2B sales, electronics, industrial automation, hardware distribution, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial solutions.

• Experience working with industrial and technical customers is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Electronic components and hardware systems

    • Circuit diagrams, schematics, Gerber files, and BOMs

    • PCB repair, reverse engineering, and integration requirements

    • Marine and industrial electronic systems

    • Technical proposals, tenders, and quotations
