Hiring Sales Executive who can join immediately.
The objective of the Sales Executive position is to support the entire Transport / Diesel team and the customers.
Rules and Responsibility:
- Archiving of sales / correspondence documents.
- Follow-up of calls for tenders (Customer Contact)
- Ensures the archiving of commercial correspondence according to the directives
- Very good at writing and can communicate effectively.
- Run the estimated delivery time check.
- Ensures that daily incoming requests are answered consistently and within the same business day.
- Check and ensure that the prices offered by the suppliers are competitive and coordinate the current price to the sales manager and management.
- Allow smooth communication between parties in the sales process (customers, delivery)
- Distributes emails
- Provide support to customers in post-processing issues.
- Maintain and update master list of customers, sales, track various changes to delivery schedules.
- Contact clients on debtor issues
- Follow up on communications with clients in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Very good communication skills.
- Preferably holder of a diploma in business administration or equivalent.
- Team player; Customer service oriented
- Ability to take ownership and accomplish the task.
- Must be organized and have a high level of administrative capacity to effectively manage paperwork
- Good computer skills; proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the UAE is essential.
- UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
