Job Description:-
A Prominent Real Estate Development Company are looking for a Sales Executive to work from their Head Office supporting and growing the team and their footprint on the villa market etc., whilst enjoying the benefits of an award winning medium sized company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
- Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal
- Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
- Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels
- Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants with the help of administration team.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws and policies
- Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
- Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements
- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
- Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
- Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain.
Requirements:-
- Minimum of 3 years of Real Estate sales experience
- Must have Valid UAE Driving license + Own Car
- Target oriented
- Strong negotiation skills, experience in offering expert customer service to clients
- A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
- Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
- Candidates must be confident, and have a professional appearance
- RERA Certified is a plus or have strong willingness to do training
