Sales Executive

We are Hiring A New Start up company in Telecommunication Etisalat UAE - Channel Partner in Dubai

1- Key Account Manager / Hunting teams (Sales Team).

Job Duties:

* Achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining good customer relationships.

* Achieving targeted visits.

* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

* Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and

follow up to ensure resolution...

* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in Sales.

* Have experience in digital service or IT background.

* Experience in Telecommunication is preferred.

* BSC Degree or Master Degree.

* Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage

* Salary Range 3500 - 5000 AED according to experience
