Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the gypsum and ceiling division.
- Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, architects, builders, and developers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Qualification:
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales, preferably within the gypsum and ceiling industry.
- Strong understanding of construction and building materials market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
