We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of pet products to business clients across the UAE. This role requires a valid UAE driver's license and involves frequent travel.=
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the B2B segment.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including pet shops, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and other pet-related businesses.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Qualifications
- Experience as a B2B Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of pet products and the B2B sales process is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Competency in English and Hindi . Additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of basic computer system operation.
- Ability to relocate anywhere in UAE as per company requirement.
