Al Maktoum Group Holdings, a leading company in the UAE, is looking to expand its dynamic team with a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth across our diverse portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in the UAE market).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is an advantage.

Compensation:

  • Probation Period: 3 months, During the probation period, the candidate will receive a commission-based salary.
  • Upon successful completion of the probation period and target achievement, the candidate will be offered a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure.
