Sales Executive

 

Description:

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business clients,

nurturing relationships, and driving sales for school field trips, corporate events, group bookings,

and other revenue-generating opportunities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator,

highly self-motivated, and possesses strong initiative. Reliable transportation is required for

client visits and meetings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including schools, businesses, and organizations.

➢ Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive B2B revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on school

field trip bookings.

➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.

➢ Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.

➢ Negotiate and close sales agreements to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

➢ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional

campaigns targeting schools and other institutions.

➢ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

➢ Analyze data and identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

➢ Maintain an organized pipeline and CRM records for sales tracking and reporting.

➢ Seek out, plan, and execute outdoor activations to engage potential clients and increase

brand visibility.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

➢ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the family entertainment, hospitality, events, or leisure industries.

➢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and

persuade clients effectively.

➢ Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.

➢ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

➢ Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

➢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

➢ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity.

➢ Arabic language is a plus.
