Hiring Sales Executive

As a premium brand of Accor, at Grand Mercure Majlis Residences Abu Dhabi, we take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodation, dining, and service. We are seeking a Sales Executive (Arabic) to join our energetic team.

As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales and play a crucial role in maximizing the property’s revenue.

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new Government & Corporate business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct daily sales calls, meetings, and site inspections.
  • Negotiate rates, and contracts, to drive revenue and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, and competition for growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team for optimum results.
  • Liaise with other teams to deliver the best experience to the guests during their stay at our hotel.
  • Attend and represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to enhance hotel visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must possess UAE driving license
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a premium hotel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Expertise in Opera software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hospitality sales techniques and best industry practices.
  • Adaptability to quickly adapt to market conditions and client needs.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
