Liwa Dates, a renowned organization in the UAE specializing in food products, is currently hiring a skilled and driven Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes direct engagement with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing valuable market feedback to enhance the company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert new sales leads to support business growth
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts
Collaborate with internal departments for product improvement and timely delivery
Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance and customer insights
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the food products sector within the UAE
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Familiarity with the UAE market and customer base is highly preferred
Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
