Sales Executive

We are a leading provider of innovative and customized gifting solutions for corporate clients. Our offerings range from premium gift sets to personalized merchandise tailored for employee rewards, events, and client appreciation. We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to grow our client base and strengthen long-term partnerships in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, procurement, and marketing teams
  • Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate gifting solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product samples
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to generate leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or merchandise industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
