We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales person with a strong and valid background in media sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced media agency environment and history of meeting monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch our services effectively.
- Close sales deals and ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to maximize retention and referrals.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a media or digital agency.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in pitching and selling creative and digital marketing services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, media, and branding.
