Aerosol International, a reputable name in the industrial sector, is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Industrial Lubricants Sales Executive to join its dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must already be residing in the UAE and should possess a robust understanding of the industrial lubricants market, with a track record of driving B2B sales growth and managing a healthy portfolio of clients.
This role demands an individual with excellent sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a client-centric approach. You will be tasked with managing and expanding a portfolio of 30–50 active B2B customers, developing long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue generation. Candidates must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess the ability to operate independently while aligning with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales in the industrial lubricants segment across the UAE
Manage and expand a portfolio of 30–50 active clients
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business customers
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics
Collaborate with technical and product teams to meet client needs
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial lubricants
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and meet sales targets
Must be currently based in the UAE
High potential and willingness to grow within the organization
