Position Overview

 

As a Sales Executive at ARC 3D, you'll be at the forefront of our client acquisition strategy. Your mission: identify high potential clients, present innovative 3D solutions, and close impactful business deals across industries like real estate, defence, marine, and architecture.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead Generation

  • Strategically identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct research to uncover new client opportunities in emerging sectors.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools and proactive follow-ups.

Sales & Deal Closure

  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight ARC 3D’s value.
  • Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts to win deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts.
  • Share insights and performance reports with the leadership team.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns and inbound leads.
  • Work alongside design and production teams to deliver solutions smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or industrial/tech sectors.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident with CRM software, proposals, and structured follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to take initiative.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
