Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to sell our PropTech solutions—including CRM software, digital marketing systems, and smart listing tools—to real estate clients. You will be responsible for identifying leads, closing deals, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell Mindall’s CRM and PropTech tools to real estate brokerages, agents, and developers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across the UAE
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual product demos tailored to client needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Update CRM with all client interactions and follow-ups
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry exhibitions
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to improve offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in PropTech, CRM, SaaS, or the real estate industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license and be comfortable traveling within UAE
- Familiar with real estate operations, digital marketing, and CRM software
- Self-driven, confident, and tech-savvy
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus
