AYA Boutique Holiday Homes is a leading luxury property management company specializing in short-term rentals across Dubai’s most prestigious locations. We are expanding our portfolio and seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and bring exclusive holiday home units in prime Dubai areas (Downtown, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JBR, etc.) for management under AYA Boutique Holiday Homes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.
- Negotiate management agreements and ensure seamless onboarding of new properties.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure property readiness and optimize occupancy rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in real estate and holiday home management is a must and a strong advantage.
- Established network of property owners, brokers, and investors within Dubai’s market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the real estate and hospitality industry.
- Valid UAE driving license & access to own car preferred.
