Sales Executive

AYA Boutique Holiday Homes is a leading luxury property management company specializing in short-term rentals across Dubai’s most prestigious locations. We are expanding our portfolio and seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and bring exclusive holiday home units in prime Dubai areas (Downtown, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JBR, etc.) for management under AYA Boutique Holiday Homes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.
  • Negotiate management agreements and ensure seamless onboarding of new properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure property readiness and optimize occupancy rates.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate and holiday home management is a must and a strong advantage.
  • Established network of property owners, brokers, and investors within Dubai’s market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the real estate and hospitality industry.
  • Valid UAE driving license & access to own car preferred.
