Description:
We are a dynamic stock-lot shoes business focussed on the UAE & GCC markets. We maintain a strong client database via our CRM (SalesHub) and are seeking a proactive Junior Sales Executive to manage our CRM, nurture smaller customer accounts, and reach out to new potentials via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the CRM (SalesHub) with accurate client data, visit/interaction ageing, follow-up tasks and status.
- Ensure the client database is organised by segments (e.g., retailers, wholesalers, GCC markets) and up-to-date.
- Proactively identify and reach out to new potential customers across UAE & GCC via LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls, social media, etc.
- Support daily sales operations including preparing call lists, scheduling visits/meetings, logging outcomes, and assisting account managers.
- Handle smaller customer accounts: ensure orders are processed, follow up on delivery/satisfaction, and act as first point of contact for these accounts.
- Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Generate reports on outreach efforts, CRM health (e.g., visit ageing, response rates), and assist sales team in pipeline management.
- Continuously clean and enhance CRM database: de-duplicate records, update contact details, track status changes, and archive inactive leads.
- Stay updated on stock-lot shoes market trends in the UAE/GCC region and feed insights into the team (e.g., what customers are looking for, competitor moves).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a sales support, CRM/ database management or junior sales role (preferably with some CRM tool usage).
- Proficiency in using CRM software (SalesHub or similar) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Good networking skills, comfortable reaching out via LinkedIn/email, initiating contact and following up.
- Organised, detail-oriented, good at managing multiple tasks, with strong follow-through.
- Self-starter attitude: licence to identify new leads, create opportunities, and support sales growth.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UAE/GCC region (if required).
- Ideally some knowledge of the footwear / stock-lot / wholesale sector is an advantage.
