Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling luxury yacht charters and curated onboard experiences, managing client relationships, and actively expanding Swiss Yachts’ client base in Dubai.
This role is commission-based and ideal for highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills and an active lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell luxury yacht charters and onboard experiences (private events, celebrations, corporate bookings, VIP leisure)
- Build, manage, and grow a strong personal client portfolio
- Actively generate leads through networking, social connections, events, and referrals
- Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Create tailored offers based on client needs, budgets, and expectations
- Close deals independently and consistently meet revenue targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with repeat and VIP clients
- Coordinate with operations and crew to ensure smooth charter execution
- Represent Swiss Yachts professionally at events, marinas, hotels, lounges, and partner locations
- Keep CRM / client records updated and structured
- Stay informed about fleet availability, pricing, and seasonal offers
Requirements:
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Additional languages are a strong advantage (Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
- Based in Dubai with local market understanding
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Naturally active, social, and well-connected
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Confident dealing with high-net-worth individuals
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Flexible working hours (including evenings, weekends, and events when required)
- Previous experience in luxury sales, hospitality, yachting, real estate, lifestyle services, or concierge services is a plus
