Description:

Al Ghazal Transport is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to support business growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of corporate clients. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering integrated transport solutions to MNCs, government, semi-government, and regional organizations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and convert a qualified B2B sales pipeline across diverse corporate segments
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for revenue, units, and GM%
  • Manage an assigned client portfolio with a focus on retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, weekly activity reports, and maintain high pipeline hygiene
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution, fleet allocation, and timely resolution of client issues
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience; experience in a similar industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are preferred
