We’re Hiring | Sales Executive – Home Appliances (UAE Market)
We are actively looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to support and expand sales operations for a well-established home appliances brand in the UAE market. This role focuses on managing organised retail (OR) channels and building strong partnerships with key retailers across the country.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and increase sales performance with major organised retail partners including Sharaf DG, Jumbo, Emax, Ecity, Lulu, and Carrefour
- Coordinate closely with buyers for negotiations, pricing discussions, and product listings
- Oversee new product onboarding, in-store promotions, and brand visibility initiatives
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with category managers and retail buyers
- Work closely with internal teams on stock availability, pricing strategies, and product launches
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory UAE work experience as a Sales Executive in Home Appliances or Consumer Durables
- Strong existing network with organised retail buyers and proven experience in product listing
- Valid UAE Driving License with own car
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of the UAE retail landscape
