Sales Executive

Intercare is currently looking to hire a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in floorcare products. The company is expanding its operations and is seeking a sales professional to join its Sharjah branch while covering sales activities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of floorcare and cleaning equipment to customers while building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting and selling floorcare and cleaning equipment to commercial and business clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s customer base
• Demonstrating and explaining product features and benefits to potential clients
• Managing relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s revenue growth
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery and service support
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business development

The role will involve working with a variety of floorcare and cleaning solutions, including:

• Floor scrubbing and carpet cleaning equipment
• Upholstery and shampooing machines
• Escalator cleaning systems
• Pressure washing and polishing equipment
• Vacuum cleaners and scrubber dryers
• Outdoor sweeping machines

To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Knowledge or experience in selling cleaning equipment or floorcare products will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
