Description:
An IT company in the UAE is looking to hire a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand its business presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting enterprise-level IT solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires strong market knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical professionals and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE market
- Promote and sell IT solutions including ERP systems and Microsoft hosting/cloud services
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling hardware and software solutions
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft cloud or hosting services
- Proven experience working within the UAE market
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven approach
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Own car is mandatory for client visits and business development activities
