Sales Executive

 

Description:

An IT company in the UAE is looking to hire a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand its business presence. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting enterprise-level IT solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires strong market knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical professionals and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE market
  • Promote and sell IT solutions including ERP systems and Microsoft hosting/cloud services
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling hardware and software solutions
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft cloud or hosting services
  • Proven experience working within the UAE market
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven approach
  • Must hold a valid UAE residence visa
  • Own car is mandatory for client visits and business development activities
