Description:
Safaa Albea is a specialized medical waste management firm committed to maintaining the highest standards of environmental safety and health compliance in Dubai. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for expanding our footprint across Dubai by securing waste management contracts with private clinics, dental practices, laboratories, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and reach out to prospective clients within the Dubai healthcare sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility managers and clinic owners.
Compliance Literacy: Educate clients on Dubai Municipality and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations regarding medical waste.
Contract Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and site inspection to contract signing and onboarding.
Market Reporting: Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in Dubai. Experience in the healthcare, waste management, or environmental services industry is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
