Sales Executive

Description:

A well-established Marbles Trading Company in Sharjah is urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join its team. This is a full-time, onsite role suited for candidates who are confident in handling sales operations and contributing to business growth.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales activities, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain up-to-date customer databases

• Follow up with clients on pending payments and ensure timely collections

• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline sales and operational processes

• Develop and implement sales procedures and policies aligned with company objectives

• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of sales and marketing practices

• Ability to handle multiple sales functions independently

• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English

• Must be currently available in the UAE

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
