Sales Executive

Description:

Lenza Opticals is seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and the eyewear industry, and who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting eyewear products, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while contributing to sales targets.

Preference will be given to female candidates with Arabic language proficiency, as the role involves direct customer interaction in a diverse retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear products based on their needs and preferences

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions to customers

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain product displays and ensure store presentation standards

• Support inventory management and stock organization

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
