Dar Alkhaleej Debt Management is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Financial Consultant to join our debt management team. Based in Bur Dubai (Burjuman area), you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients and guiding them towards financial stability. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and motivated fresh graduates with a foundational knowledge of the UAE financial sector, particularly in relation to bank credit cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage a dedicated portfolio of client profiles, ensuring timely and effective progression through the debt management process.
- Client Profile Evaluation: Conduct detailed evaluations of clients' financial statements, credit history, and outstanding debts (with a focus on UAE bank credit cards and personal loans).
- Client Communication: Proactively reach out to clients via calls to understand their financial situation, clearly explain debt management options, and maintain regular follow-ups to track progress and gather necessary documentation.
- Financial Consultation: Provide expert consultation on debt consolidation, restructuring, and effective repayment strategies tailored to the client's unique profile.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by offering consistent support, professional advice, and exceptional customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and processes adhere to Dar Alkhaleej's internal policies and relevant UAE financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Language Compulsory: Fluent in English and Hindi (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Knowledge Required: Basic to intermediate knowledge of the UAE financial market, especially concerning bank credit cards, personal loans, and debt collection procedures.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
