Guarantee Travel Group is looking to hire Sales Executive/ Manager based in Dubai with the following
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s is a must.
- Have min 1-2 years’) experience in corporate sales in Travels & MICE); sales in hotels or in corporate Travel company.
- Presentable personality.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must have UAE driving License.
- Good Communication’s and interpersonal skills.
- Hand on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Main Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunity through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to others wishes and concern.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on product and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitors or conference.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Maintain and update CRM on daily basis.
- Should be presentable to handle corporates groups inbound and outbound.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule (Target, new account, return lost account).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
