Description:

Parco Interiors LLC is a looking energetic and ambitious Sales Executives with Interior Fit-out & Joinery industry experience. This is a full time role, and has unique opportunities for growth for those who want to excel.

The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and selling our interior fit out and joinery solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as building long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s Business and growth plans and the sales targets using telesales, digital sales & outdoor sales strategies.
  • Developing our client network database through smart sales & marketing strategies or campaigns.
  • Establishing market penetration in Interior Fit outs & Residential Interiors in the UAE, generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
  • Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing knowledge and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
  • Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
  • Offers superior customer service and cultivates relationships with clients to sell & develop future business utilizing effective selling skills.
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represents the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
  • Stays current on interior design trends in their local market and on a national level.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years interior industry sales experience, preferably in the turnkey interior fit out and Interior joinery and custom manufactured furniture sector.
  • Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with clients.
  • Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE based clients is a real plus.
  • At least 3 year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
  • Should be motivated and target driven.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory with own vehicle preferred.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to build good PR Relations.
