SAFCO International is actively seeking young, dynamic, and talented Sales Executives to join their HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) division. The role is essential in driving sales growth, enhancing customer relationships, and strengthening the company’s presence within the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
As a Sales Executive, you will be entrusted with designing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to customer needs while conducting market research to better understand client requirements. Elevating service standards and achieving sales targets will be core to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the HORECA division to increase market share and customer engagement.
Conduct detailed market research on customer requirements and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure continued business growth.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide excellent service and seamless operations.
Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably within the foodservice or HORECA sector.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong convincing and communication skills with a flair for negotiation and sales.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree holder in any business-related discipline is preferred.
Experience in the Foodservice and HORECA industry will be an added advantage.
