Description:
Responsibilities:
1 Drive and develop sales of phosphonates in UAE focusing on growth and market penetration.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
3. Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
4. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and technical) to align sales
strategies with business objectives.
6. Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, managing a pipeline of opportunities in the range of $60- 75K with a commission potential of 25%.
