Sales & Lead Generation Executive

 

Description:

We at Expresso Digital Marketing, a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses succeed online through web development, social media management, SEO, and paid ads. We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Executive who can both generate leads and close deals, driving growth for our agency.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Generation
  • Research & identify potential clients (SMEs, startups, e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, etc.).
  • Run cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp where applicable).
  • Manage inbound lead generation (ads, landing pages, lead magnets).
  • Sales & Closing
  • Book and attend meetings with decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations about our services & plans.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up until contracts are signed.
  • Negotiate pricing & agreements with clients.
  • Pipeline Management
  • Use CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar) to track leads & deals.
  • Report weekly on leads, meetings, and closed sales.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a big plus).
  • Familiar with digital marketing services (web, SEO, social, ads).
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented.
