Sales Manager

Description:

TQ Pharma a pharmaceutical company based in Jordan with a global presence is seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to join our team in UAE

Key Function

· Closely working with and handling four agents, responsible for distributing the company’s products.

· Manage, develop, and direct the sales, distribution, marketing functions, and the P&L

· Providing accurate sales forecasts and ensuring consistent stock supply and availability of safety inventory.

· Developing plans for company sales and growth.

· Setting annual targets in alignment with the company’s target.

· Maintaining sales volume and product mix and staying updated with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors to enhance strategic decision making.

· Maintaining strong relations with customers and KOLs and providing support to the sales team.

· Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for the team.

· Develop and monitor the Marketing and Sales budgets, roadmaps, and future projections and estimates.

· Build an effective team & manage talents through constant coaching & Individual development plans

Job Requirements

Professional Qualification in UAE Market over 5 years

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
