Urgent Hiring for EdTech Sales professional for Dubai

· No. of Position - 2

· Monthly Salary: 12000 to Max 15000 AED

· Preferably Females , Requirement: Immediate

· Only UAE & Indian Nation are applicable

· Must have 3 years Sales experience in (EdTech or Education Product)

 

Mandatory to have:

· Minimum 3 years in EdTech or educational product sales in UAE or other GCC countries.

· Valid UAE Driving License

· Existing connections with Schools/educational institutions in UAE.

· Should have handled a minimum AED 3 Million business annually.

· Able to join at the earliest.

 

Desirable Candidate's Profile:

· Owning the annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and drafting and executing the action plan.

· Cultivate new leads, planning, prospecting, meeting, presenting to potential education institutions.

· Preparing and submitting proposals, negotiating deals, closing orders, generating revenue, and ensuring collection.

· Collecting product, customer feedback and providing inputs accordingly for product / service enhancements

· Connecting with key personnel, building leads, establishing relationships, understanding their needs and vision, and identifying the right connection to demonstrate how our solutions match up with their vision.

· Keeping in touch with existing and new partners and planning ways to regularly engage them

· Creating project proposals, concept notes, and sales collateral in collaboration with our content and design team

· Self-motivated with a great deal of initiative, ownership, and enthusiasm to learn and grow with a long-term career with us.

· Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English - both written and spoken.

· Excellent presentation, video calling and video demo capabilities.

· Excellent energy, agility, and leadership qualities with the ability to deliver results

· Task oriented with a strong sense of logic, highly organized and capable of handling multiple stakeholders.

· A passionate EdTech enthusiast with a burning desire to be the best in this field.

· Managing multiple product lines and divisions with month-on-month revenue responsibility requires someone who is self-motivated, hungry for holistic growth, and skilled at managing multiple products and business lines.

· A person who can consistently convert inbound leads and government sales opportunities into revenue and pipeline building.
