In order to further scale our business, we're looking for a skilled and likable Sales Manager with the ability to streamline our sales & projects across UAE. The scope of work includes, sales & customer relationship management. As a high-quality provider it is not only important for us to be on time and on budget, but also to always provide our valued customers with a second to none level of service.

Among our customers are developers, OA Management companies, Hotels and FM companies across UAE. We expect our new Sales Manager to possess extensive knowledge of the local eco system within our business area, in combination with an already existing professional network. We imagine that a current employment as procurement manager, facility manager or sales manager within the facility management industry, would be a great fit.

One should not underestimate the fact that we are very ambitious and being part of our team requires unconditional dedication. This does NOT mean working 16 hours per day, 6 days per week, but instead having the ability to always be well prepared, effective and efficient. Let it be said right away that our culture is very ordnung muß sein-ish (look it up) and that we expect our new Sales Manager to adhere our Scandinavian culture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the team with your positive attitude
• Responsible for sales in our Dubai branch
• Perform a high level of service to our valued customers
• Responsible for our marketing strategy, if one have existing knowledge within this area.

Qualifications

· Minimum Graduate Degree in a relevant discipline/industry

• Solid business acumen and the ability understand our business 360*
• 3+ years of UAE management experience from a similar role and industry
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CMS/CRM is an advantage.
• Tech-savvy as we have a digital approach
• The will and ability to adapt to our Scandinavian culture which means showing up on time, delivering as agreed and not being afraid of making mistakes (which we learn from)
