Requirement for Sales Manager Post in UAE (Aluminum industry experience mandatory)

  • Develop the Sales Funnel.
  • Identifying potential customers and establish relationships.
  • Promote Company’s products and consult customers to arrive at the most cost-effective formwork and solutions.
  • Sell Company’s capabilities and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain a constant dialogue with customers, sales channel, and management
  • Identify and follow-up leads and convert them into opportunities to generate sales.
  • Identify all decision makers, influencers, and customer processes involving buying decision and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct sales meetings with clients and negotiate contracts that are profitable; handle final negotiation, material submission, technical data submission, scheduling of technical team on shop drawing submission and approvals.
  • Attend to each project and offering technical and commercial support.
  • Work with internal team to resolve issues and close projects.
  • Recommend new products and product improvements to increase sales and profitability based on changing market demands.
  • Develop required monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and stretch targets.
  • Review results for the month. Plan how to increase sales and achieve results.
  • Review sales target for the next month and quarter. Develop strategies to achieve or over-achieve targets.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends of the industry.
  • Understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor what competitors are doing.
  • Initiate changes to improve the business, e.g. identify new products and new brands that could compete effectively in the market

Requirements

  • 10-15 years’ experience in UAE in construction industry especially in Facade, Aluminum and Glazing works;
  • Any Graduate – Preferably with an engineering degree (civil/mechanical)
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the company’s market;
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales;
  • Persistent with strong goal orientation and able to work on his own initiative;
  • Strong sales ability and motivational skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to provide technical support and formwork solutions;
  • Team Work – work effectively with the sales channel and other internal divisions.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
