Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.

Set clear sales targets and monitor progress regularly.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and promotions.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess team and individual performance.

Prepare regular reports for senior management, outlining key achievements and challenges.

Implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant information with the team.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years experience as a real estate sales manager or a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and compliance standards.
