Sales Manager

Description:

• Engage with current and potential customers at the Executive level to understand their overall strategy and key business drivers; strive to develop a roadmap with the customer that facilitates progression towards or closure of CMI’s solution (network services, solution sets, IT procurement, value added services).

• Develop multi-level and multi-functional relationships (e.g. Business Unit Leaders) to drive solutions that are innovative and provide value / benefit relative to the customer’s respective business needs; deepen and widen relationships with a longer-term focus.

• Position consulting services as required to strengthen relationship by demonstrating CMI’s ability to bring intellectual value and advise; provide resolution of communications related problems through quality analysis in partnership with customer.

• Establish sales model and support agreement and other documentation.

• After-sales support including service performance review, contract renewal negotiation, process improvement etc.

• Review and analyse the market situation and report to senior management periodically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication or System integration line of work, of which 3 years of experience working as a relationship management with local enterprises / government sectors in the UAE.
• Strong network and ties to the local government and local enterprises.
• Positive mindset, result-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic as native language.
