Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing training, mentoring, and performance reviews to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Manage property listings across key real estate portals, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Drive agent performance through regular monitoring of KPIs, feedback, and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.
- Organize and lead sales meetings, motivating the team to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, with a strong network of contacts.
- Hands-on experience with major property portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
