Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate agency sales.
• Proven track record of success in sales management role
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Motivated, goal oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales
• 3+ years of sales experience
