Description:
As the Managing Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, guiding a dedicated team of real estate professionals, and establishing strategic relationships with developers and key stakeholders in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales for both brokerage firms and developers, excellent connections within the real estate industry, and experience in organizing road shows and events that showcase developer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment that empowers team members to
achieve their sales targets.
- Business Development:
- Establish and maintain relationships with real estate developers, investors, and industry
influencers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the needs of the real estate market in
Dubai.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance and support, and implement corrective actions
when necessary.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute road shows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to showcase
developer projects and attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with developers to create engaging presentations and materials for events.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in real estate. - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and business operations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and
satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, helping to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, both as a broker and with real estate developers in Dubai (minimum 5 years).
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to put together and manage a successful sales team.
- Extensive network and strong connections with real estate development companies in the region. - Experience in planning and conducting successful road shows and promotional events.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Valid UAE Real Estate License (RERA) is a must.
