What You’ll Actually Do (No Fluff):

• Hire, train, and lead a team of agents who close, not just chase
• Drive real sales performance — we want momentum, not mediocrity
• Guide your team on off-plan and secondary deals — from leads to close
• Work directly with the Managing Partner — you’re not just a cog here
• Get support from marketing, CRM, and admin — so you can focus on the win

✅ Who You Are:

• Have 5+ years of Dubai real estate experience (this is non-negotiable literally)
• You’ve manageed teams, hit targets, and know how to coach agents to perform
• Deep understanding of how off-plan, investment, and secondary sales work
• You speak client, agent, and numbers fluently
• RERA certified? Even better.
