Description:

A leading client of Buildwell HR Solutions is urgently hiring a Sales Manager specialized in Rotating Equipments for their Oil & Gas Division based in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for a smart, technically qualified sales professional with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector and extensive experience in the UAE market, specifically Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will take ownership of sales operations and growth in the highly specialized rotating power equipment segment, delivering results through technical expertise and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales strategies and execution for rotating power equipment in the Abu Dhabi Oil & Gas market.

• Demonstrate a proven track record as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager within the rotating equipment or related sectors.

• Utilize strong technical knowledge of rotating equipments to provide expert guidance and solutions to clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the Oil & Gas industry, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery, after-sales service, and client support meet high standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold an Engineering Degree (any discipline).

• Minimum of 5 years UAE experience in sales, particularly in rotating power equipments within Abu Dhabi Oil & Gas markets.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.

• Must be currently based in the UAE and familiar with local market dynamics.

• Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry with experience handling Abu Dhabi markets specifically.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary of AED 20,000 per month.

• Additional incentives, transportation allowance, and annual benefits package.
