Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts targeting the MENA region and contribute to Signax’s global expansion. This role involves acquiring and managing enterprise clients primarily in the Construction, ConTech, and PropTech sectors. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new leads, clients, and distribution channels within the target markets.

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and client presentations to showcase Signax solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and client engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor, track, and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the UAE and broader MENA IT and construction sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT or B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the Construction Technology (ConTech), Construction, or Property Technology (PropTech) sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE IT and construction market landscape.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.

  • Experience with Autodesk AEC tools such as BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks is a significant advantage.

  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, client engagement, and CRM tools.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
