Description:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the commercial and residential sectors and the ability to close high-value turnkey projects. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and coordinate with the design and execution teams
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely project handover
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the interior fit-out industry in the UAE
- Strong client base and excellent knowledge of the Dubai fit-out market
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
