Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing real estate team across both the primary and secondary markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive business performance through structured processes and disciplined team management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents
- Oversee performance in both primary and secondary market segments
- Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement
- Develop sales strategies and maximize lead conversion
- Support agents with negotiations, documentation, and closing
- Enforce CRM discipline and internal sales processes
- Coordinate with marketing, admin, and management teams
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (primary & secondary)
- Proven experience in managing or supervising a sales team
- Strong personality with the ability to lead, influence, and maintain discipline within the team
- Ability to manage a team by effectively managing the business, operations, and daily performance
- Strong understanding of Dubai property regulations and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable results
- High level of professionalism and accountability
