Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Sales & Rental division.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales & leasing team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Oversee secondary market sales and rental operations
Develop effective sales strategies and ensure strong market presence
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Guide and mentor agents to improve performance and productivity
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate
Strong background in secondary market sales and rental
Proven leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
RERA certification is an advantage
