Description:
▸ Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
▸ Create and implement strategic sales plans focused on Fire & Safety services and solutions.
▸ Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients, engineering consultants, and contractors.
▸ Prospect and qualify new business opportunities and identify areas for market expansion.
▸ Prepare accurate sales forecasts, detailed proposals, and regular performance reports.
▸ Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements
▸ At least 5 years’ experience in Business Development or Senior Sales roles within the Fire & Safety sector.
▸ Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and effectively managing sales teams.
▸ Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
▸ Excellent command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
▸ Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
▸ Comfortable working independently and performing under target-driven pressure.
