We are a well-established and fast-growing EdTech company in the UAE, seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint across schools, universities, and corporate training institutions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong network in the UAE education sector, proven success in B2B or SaaS sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, engaging key decision-makers, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EdTech sector
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients including schools, universities, and corporate training institutions
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE (EdTech, SaaS, or B2B solutions preferred)
  • Strong and proven network within the UAE education sector
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Valid UAE driving license
