Sales Manager

Description:

This role reports to the General Manager and will manage a team of Sales Engineers & Executives, owning full responsibility for order intake, revenue targets, and strategic expansion.

What you’ll drive:

• Sales funnel & pipeline development

• CRM management & forecasting

• Win–loss analysis & competitor intelligence

• Lead conversion with Application Engineering, BD & Marketing

• Team leadership & performance growth

What we’re looking for:

✔ 8+ years B2B sales experience

✔ 3+ years in sales leadership

✔ Strong UAE market exposure

✔ Safety/industrial sales background preferred
