Sales Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Facility Management to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the UAE FM market. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to hard & soft services sales and corporate client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Facility Management services
• Generate new business through corporate clients, developers, and property managers
• Handle sales of Hard FM & Soft FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.)
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain CRM and sales reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5–8 years of sales experience in Facility Management (UAE experience mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of FM contracts, AMC, and service-level agreements
• Proven track record in B2B sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• UAE Driving License preferred
